Einhell partners up with the foundation “RTL – Wir helfen Kindern”

Children are the future. It is therefore both a duty and a privilege for us to give something back and help children and young people in need. As a long-standing partner of "RTL - Wir helfen Kindern", we have already been able to actively support numerous projects to help children and young people. On the one hand, of course, in the form of donations, but also by lending a hand.

2024: Unique Fan Package for “RTL – wir helfen Kindern”
"Children are our future, but above all, they are our present. Therefore, it is both our duty and privilege to give back and help children and young people in need," says Andreas Kroiss, CEO of Einhell Germany AG.
In collaboration with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, we have come up with something very special for the 29th RTL Charity Marathon in 2024: a "Money Can't Buy" experience for a good cause.
Interested parties could bid on a tour through the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team headquarters in Brackley, England, including a meet and greet with none other than Toto Wolff, CEO and Team Principal of the Formula 1 team.
100 percent of the proceeds went to the RTL Foundation.
Einhell company spokesperson Daniel Ritt also presented a check worth 100,000 euros to Wolfram Kons, emphasizing: "As a successful company, it is extremely important to us, especially in challenging times, to take on social responsibility and help where help is urgently needed."
Project 2023: RTL-Kinderhaus Ahlen
From barefoot path to donation cheque
Full of zest for action, we also lent a hand in 2023! With a car full of tools and motivated helpers from the Einhell team, we made our way to Ahlen to actively support the RTL children's house in beautifying the outdoor area. We installed a nest swing and insect hotels, built a raised bed, completed a barefoot path and brought trees and shrubs back into shape. An absolute highlight for us were the shining eyes of the children who joined us in the afternoon and discovered the new features with great joy. Of course, the children's house was allowed to keep the Einhell tools they had brought with them so that they could continue to maintain their new garden well equipped.
Our CEO Andreas Kroiss was also enthusiastic about the commitment of his employees: "I am very proud and know that we have really great employees at Einhell who are immediately willing to lend a hand to do good." As part of the RTL telethon, he also presented a cheque for 150,000 euros to Wolfram Kons and emphasized: "As a partner of "RTL - Wir helfen Kindern", we are very pleased to support children's aid projects with our donation and to help where children need this support."

More than 198 Million Euro collected since 1996
Wolfram Kons, presenter of the RTL‐telethon and head of charity at RTL (right in the picture) welcomes Einhell as a partner. RTL has been committed to helping children in need in Germany and around the world since 1996. The „Stiftung RTL – Wir helfen Kindern e. V.“ (RTL Foundation – We Help Children) guarantees that every cent of the collected donations reaches the children’s aid projects without deductions, as the Media Group RTL Germany covers the costs. Year after year, the foundation receives the coveted seal of approval from the German Central Institute for Social Issues. Over the past years, more than 198 million euros have been collected for hundreds of children’s aid projects.
